Founded in 2019 by Bashir Aar, Star Home Health Care Inc. was created to provide high-quality Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) for individuals across Minnesota. With a focus on Community First Services and Supports (CFSS), we strive to offer services that promote independence, health, and safety for our clients. We are committed to providing care that addresses the specific needs of each individual.
